Byron Green specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, farm and ranch properties, and rural acreage in Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt, and other surrounding counties. 

 

Byron has several years experience in Real Estate and development of farm and ranch properties. He relocated to Lindale, Texas in 2014. In 2015, he joined with Nathan Bass, owner and founder of Cypress Custom Homes, LLC, to form Cypress Land and Homes, LLC, a full service real estate agency.

 

Byron strongly believes in honesty and integrity and implements those qualities everyday with every client. His approach is laid-back, no pressure, dedicated, and with exceptional customer service. The highest complement that  he can receive is a referral to his client’s friend or family. 

 

Byron resides in Lindale, Texas with his wife Jennifer and their three children. He is active in his community, serving in the Lindale Chamber of Commerce and the Lindale FFA Booster Club.
